Plan Now!! Decide how many guests you want to bring. If you don't need a full table, partner with your team or a sideline team. There are plenty of people that can assist in putting together a table so that everyone can be able to attend. Call your upline for ideas!
It's much easier to invite guests when you've already made a comimtment as to the number you want to have with you at the event.
Dr. DuBois' presentation speaks to both Health Care professionals and non-Healthcare individuals, so invite everyone you know! His remarkable ability to articulate the extensive knowledge he has of Juice Plus and the science behind it will solidify their conviction that Juice Plus is vital to long-term health. Strongly encourage your spouses and other family members to come along. This way they will have a firsthand education on the value of Juice Plus in order to help generate an even greater support for your business.
Encourage your teams to promote both AtlantaFest Saturday Franchise Training and the Dr. DuBois dinner presentation to everyone on their PVC and Genealogy reports.
Tips for a successful Dr. DuBois Friday night dinner event:
- If you are the table host.....ARRIVE EARLY!!!!!
Put place cards/name tents above each plate to eliminate confusion for your guests and to make
them feel special. It shows your committment to the event & to their presence.
- Alternate female/male as much as possible.
- Have preferred customer order forms with you!
- Prepare a little packet of information for each guest to take home.
- Have a variety of CDs & DVDs with you on hand.
- Bring extra brochures or newsletters that you feel are beneficial.
- Do any of your guests have a special circumstance/health condition that you could bring information pertaining to that issue?
- Wear a name badge!
- Bring your cards!
- Get some sleep the night before, be refreshed & show your energy!
- Bring a BIG SMILE and comforting attitude!
- Talk to your guests & make it a mission to introduce them to others so they feel welcome & comfortable!
